Floify Training & Support

Our online Loan Application POS software is through Floify, to provide our borrowers with a user-friendly online application process.  Each Loan Officer will receive their own account, which is synced with Encompass, and direct links to their online application will be built in to each LOs landing page and email signature.  


Floify will automatically send out reminder emails and texts to the borrower(s) to upload docs or take action steps - and help move them through the process as quickly as possible. Once a loan is submitted to processing, borrowers will also be sent "Milestone updates" as they they move through each phase of the loan process.
