Each Loan Officer will receive their own BNTouch CRM account to manage contacts, leads, partners, track progress of borrowers, and send out automated Marketing emails based on the category each contact is placed in. New Lead entries will be automatically receiving Lead emails, Loans in processing will received milestone updates, and so forth.
You can even place entries in specific groups to receive an email campaign that addresses them appropriately, such as: Bad Credit - Not Ready Yet, First Time Home Buyers, Realtors, etc.
And with our Floify POS (point of sale) integration, your borrowers and partners in the loan process will receive automatic notifications when each milestone is achieved. This takes some pressure off of you to constantly be in contact, as these automated emails and notifications will go out on your behalf without you having to lift a finger. So you can spend more time developing business and converting leads to loans.
